The hotel staff are absolutely amazing, always going above and beyond to make your vacation wonderful. The grounds and pools are kept immaculate and clean, and the dining areas offer a wide variety of tasty options. Even though the bar service was a bit slow, we still had a fantastic time overall. 🌴

Omg, the king-size bed in our room was like sleeping on a cloud! 🛏️ spa was amazing, but the breakfast drinks were a letdown. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Overall, fantastic stay! 🌴🌞

Our family of 5 enjoyed staying at Princess. the family room with bunk beds and a king bed was perfect for privacy. the grounds were stunning, and the entertainment staff was engaging. Quick service for any room needs was a plus.

Found a hidden gem in Riviera Maya. The whole family enjoyed top-notch services and fun activities. Lots of pools and delicious food options. Easy access to nearby attractions. Our kids loved the ice cream machine by the pool. The staff was attentive and the atmosphere was relaxing. The hot tub in our suite was a nice touch. a great place for a peaceful getaway with loved ones. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a stress-free vacation. Cheers!

Just stayed at the hotel in the mid-west USA grocery store from Japan 🌺 Amazing spa experience, the jacuzzi was heaven! Would DEFINITELY visit again. Pictures don't do justice! 🌟

super clean - close to mayakoba golf course, and the villas are comfy. the best part was the platinum level service – worth every penny. angelica - the head concierge - was a total angel! cons: totally recommend.

The adult villa room was beautiful at Grand Riviera Princess, Playa del Carmen. Excellent spa and gym facilities but chaotic buffet experience. Lovely staff but some were rude. Overall mixed feelings, but the chill-out bar was a great spot to unwind. A decent stay with some room for improvement.

The staff was amazing, always greeting me with a smile and remembering my favorite drink at the bar, making my stay so pleasant. The beach access 🏖️ and variety of evening activities organized by the event staff were superb for relaxation. The only downside, the room was a bit outdated with limited lighting and a distant location from the main areas, but the manager's assistance in changing rooms was excellent.

The hotel itself is beautiful with spacious rooms. Wi-Fi works well even on the beach. Security is top-notch. Staff are friendly and helpful. Some dining experiences were disappointing, but a taco station by the pool was a nice touch. Good location for a longer stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Princess in Playa del Carmen! the resort was well-organized with a variety of bars, restaurants, and nightly shows. the chill out club on the beach provided a more relaxing and comfortable experience compared to the other beach and pool areas, which could get noisy. the gym was excellent, and we highly recommend Sergio's Zumba classes. We also went diving with the on-site diving agency and had a fantastic time exploring the nearby reef. the staff throughout the resort were amazing, providing great service. the villa room we stayed in was absolutely beautiful, and we loved the VIP treatment with a champagne welcome and access to a private pool. the buffet meals offered a wide variety and were delicious. we had a fantastic experience and would definitely return with friends in the future.

The food was mediocre, and I had some stomach issues during my stay. They also didn't accept Amex cards, which was inconvenient.

We loved the hotel facilities, including the swimming pools and the beach area. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the staff was always friendly and ready to help. We also appreciated the convenient transportation shuttle that made it easy to get around this city and the wonderful breakfast that was offered.

We absolutely loved everything about our stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and stylish with a comfortable bed and plenty of lighting. The hotel provided nice extras like a cozy robe, an umbrella, and a yoga mat. The staff went above and beyond to make our trip special, from placing our birthday cake in the fridge to leaving treats for our son. The hotel had a welcoming atmosphere and offered great amenities like complimentary tea/coffee in the morning and a wine social happy hour. The staff was exceptionally friendly and always greeted us with a smile.

The beach was clean and well taken care of, providing a pleasant place to relax. The gym is huge, the beach is beautiful, lots of activities, and the ice cream machine at the pool bar is a dream come true! I had a blast swimming with dolphins and exploring the local culture in their authentic costumes.

The resort is beautiful with spacious, clean, and comfortable rooms. The pool entertainment is excellent, with fun activities and themed shows. The evening "silent disco" was fantastic! The property is well-managed, with friendly staff and delicious food and drinks. The multiple swimming pools provide a great alternative to the beach, and the thematic restaurants offer diverse dining options. The surrounding green areas with animals add to the charm of the property. The relaxation facilities, such as the spa and wellness center, sauna, and outdoor swimming pool, enhance the overall experience. The nearby landmarks, including Playa Publica 88 and Cenote Misterio Maya, offer opportunities for family bonding and exploration. The Italian restaurant and La Fleur provide enjoyable dining experiences. a great location for a family vacation with plenty of amenities and activities for all.

The hotel is nicely located, with easy access to the beach and a great Chill out area. Some of the bars are also great spots to hang out in. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the staff is generally friendly and helpful. Breakfast served is quite good, with many options to choose from. the Wi-Fi signal is stable and reasonably fast throughout the hotel.

There is an unpleasant smell sometimes, especially near the beach area.

The complimentary champagne welcome and daily restocked mini bar fridge were lovely touches. The tennis lessons with the enthusiastic pro were a highlight, and the variety of shows and events kept us entertained. The 12 pools, including those for children and exclusive pools for the Family Club, Platinum, and Villas, were perfect for family relaxation and enjoyment. The areas with elegant design and wide spaces offered various activities for the whole family, creating a perfect Caribbean environment for our vacation.

My wife says that more shaded areas near the pools would be great for families with children.

Dive into the fresh fish at the beachside joint, a real hidden gem. The poolside entertainment was top-notch, keeping the vibes high. Don't miss out on the exquisite ice cream bar, a sweet treat paradise.

Had a run-in with a grumpy concierge, not cool. No free lotion or conditioner in the room—not smooth.

The extensive variety of thematic restaurants added a delightful touch to our stay. Each meal felt like a culinary journey; the Mexican "Haciendas" restaurant made us feel like we were dining in an ancient estate, and the Swiss restaurant was as charming as strolling through a quaint Alpine village.

The staff found my lost ID card and helped me. This place suits me perfectly, with free Wi-Fi, on-site parking, 24-hour service, pool, spa. I'm coming back for a business trip.

The suite's direct pool access made me feel like a VIP. The complete bathroom with the hot tub was a dream after a long day. As someone who loves convenience and indulgence, this room was perfect for me.

The location of the hotel is a bit dated in some areas, but it is always very clean. The wonderful beach is a definite highlight, perfect for relaxation. Additionally, getting reservations for restaurants is easy, ensuring a great dining experience.

I recently stayed at this fabulous resort for a week with my family. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable, and some even had direct pool access from the terrace. The buffet had plenty of choices, but the individual restaurants like the Teppanyaki and Mexican were our favorites. The pool entertainment was excellent, with fun games and activities, and the nighttime shows were amazing, especially the silent disco. The resort grounds were beautiful, and the staff were friendly and helpful. a great week with lots of fun and relaxation.

The pools are amazing, especially the ones going all the way to the beach. We had a great time snorkeling and kayaking. Although we had some minor issues with the food, overall it was still enjoyable. We also appreciated the fun wildlife, including iguanas and cats. We definitely recommend this hotel.

Fantastic dining experience at Chill Out restaurant. The beach area was exclusive and well-maintained, with Carlos providing excellent service. No hassle of reserving chairs. The pools were spacious and the taco stand and grill were a hit. Esmerelda at the lobby bar was outstanding! The resort's commitment to going green with reusable drink glasses was impressive. highly recommend staying here.

The swim-out room was mind-blowing! We had our own little pool where we were delivered cocktails, super cool! The pool was narrow enough for the kids to swim independently. The kids club was jaw-dropping, my kids loved it and didn't want to leave. The ice cream parlour was a hit, we visited daily. The staff were incredibly friendly and always recognized us with a chat. The buffet was always delicious. The beach event staff organized amazing excursions at a great price. Our Platinum suite was spacious, with a lovely jacuzzi tub and wonderful shower. The service was super quick and the staff very friendly. The grounds, beach, and food were beautiful. Be cautious of Royal-Holiday though, just enjoy your vacation. The guys in the bright yellow shirts were the best for excursions, they were helpful and worked for the hotel. Enjoy!
